Guide to minimalist fashion

Minimalist fashion is a great way to keep your wardrobe classically simple but chic and gorgeous. Here is a quick guide to going minimalist fashion to help you on your fashion journey.

First off, minimalist is simple but stylish. Meaning, pairing a solid colored top with a pair of flattering jeans and black or brown ankle boots would make a great outfit. Don’t be afraid of colors other than black, grey and white. Solid colors like burgundy, khaki, copper, and even a yellow would work well. Stripes in monotone colors would add flavor to your wardrobe.

Minimalist fashion doesn’t mean just sticking to drab and grey. Dimensions can also make a statement, add volume to your outfit by matching black tights with a loose top and a loose, long fluffy sweater. But remember to make sure that your clothes are a complementary fit to your frame. Know what kind of cut works best with your curves and figure. You may choose to accessorize your outfit but remember to use only a few choice pieces. Your shoes can be an accessory too! Add a dash of flavor by putting on a pair of leopard print pumps.
